FPT IVECO MARINE DIESEL ENGINES

FPT Iveco base engines are manufactured in Europe at three different engine plants operated by Iveco S.p.A., whose main production focus is on engines for commercial vehicles. The engine plants are: SOFIM Foggia / Italy (8140 series / light-duty engines), IVECO S.p.A. Torino / Italy (NEF series / medium-duty engines), and Bourbon-Lancy / France (Cursor series / heavy-duty engines). Iveco has over 100 years of experience in manufacturing diesel engines and produces more than 400,000 diesel engines annually.

The FPT Iveco Motors assembly and conversion plant, along with the spare parts warehouse, is located in Milan, Italy. At the plant, base engines from commercial vehicles are converted into marine diesel engines and generator sets, industrial diesel engine applications for various uses, and diesel-electric generator sets. The annual production is approximately 40,000 engines.
