TWIN DISC TECHNODRIVE- PUMP DRIVES


 

Technodrive is a factory established in 1973 in S.M. Decima (Bologna, Italy), specializing in the production of marine and industrial gearboxes as well as hydraulic pump drivers. In 1999, the company was acquired by the American firm Twin Disc. The factory is renowned for its high-quality and durable products.

Twin Disc Technodrive pump drivers features:

  • Pump power transmissions enable the simultaneous operation of two or more hydraulic pumps from a single primary power source.
  • All models can be prepared for various applications:
    • Basic model (B) for independent installation.
    • Equipped with an overload clutch (BD) or (BDS) (except for AM 365 and AM 480).
    • With housing and coupling connection for diesel engines.
  • Construction of the pump power transmissions:
    • Cast iron housings
    • Hardened and ground straight-cut gears (in AM 216, AM 320, AM 220, and AM 330 series, gears are also milled)
    • Ball bearings
    • Hardened shafts
    • Viton seals on the input shaft.
